Our CCTV cameras, like any other high-tech devices, require periodic firmware updates. This is necessary to ensure better stability and efficiency of the equipment.

To update the firmware, please follow these steps:

Go to the website https://apps.partizan.global.
Download and install PARTIZAN software for Windows, Mac, or Linux.
Run PARTIZAN software and add your device using the IP address in the local network or using the MAC address remotely.
Open in Menu Maintenance > Firmware update > Manual Update.
Choose file with .pbi format for your device.
Wait for an informative message about the successful update.

The Setup Tool is automatically installed along with Partizan Desktop and Partizan Device Manager, allowing you to update firmware for all available Partizan CCTV cameras and NVRs simultaneously in a timely, efficient, and comprehensive manner.

Furthermore, with the Setup Tool, users can quickly reset settings, change passwords on devices, configure static IP addresses, enable DHCP, and more. Simply launch the program, enter your login and password, select the relevant function, and take advantage of the features provided by modern Partizan software!
